The taste is different from other usual noodle soup as the broth was cooked for a long time about 8 hours and the flavor that come out from the beef broth and bone makes it extra special and delicious. it is suitable for breaksfast or lunch. The customer can adjust the taste of their own Mee champa whether they want it spicy or not they can put the chili, soy sauce, lime and other accesories that suitable with their taste.
