  • CHEMERONG WATERFALL

    Located approximately 100 kilometres from Kuala Terengganu, Hutan Lipur Chemerong or Chemerong Forest Reserve hides a multitude of fascinations and the waterfall is one of the highest in Malaysia with 305 metre. Surrounded by tropical rain forest, and has crystal clear rivers and emerald green pools. Suitable for any tourists that love nature. Besides, tourists can also accessed the remote Air Terjun Langsir, is after 2-day hike period from the waterfall. There is also camping port for any tourists who would like to enjoy night life at the place.

  • TASIK PUTERI BUKIT BESI

    Tasik Puteri is located near Bukit Besi town, Dungun. It is only 3km from Bukit Besi and 33km from Dungun town. Once ago, Tasik Puteri was a famous place for mining before it has now become a recreational place for activities such as kayaking and boat paddling.

  • SUNGAI BANGAN / SUNGAI BANGANG

    Sungai Bangan or Bangang as the locals call it, is one of the least visited rivers in the state of Terengganu. It has been dubbed as the ‘Jiuzhaigou’ of Malaysia, which is a beautiful natural reserve park in China. It is roughly 100km away from Kuala Terengganu. The forest is open to the public from 8AM to 5PM.

  • TEROWONG BUKIT TEBUK

    This tunnel was built in 1935 and finished in 1936 and used to be the main alternative way to transported the iron ore from Bukit Besi to Sura Gate port. Nowadays, the tunnel is used by local people as alternative way to and from Kuantan and Kuala Terengganu.

  • RIMBA BUKIT BAUK

    For tourists who love to enjoy nature, going to Bukit Bauk is a must. It is also another nature attraction where tourists can go for hiking and jungle trekking.

  • TENGGOL ISLAND

    Tenggol Island is an island off the coast of Dungun. It is the last island in a string of islands that include Pulau Perhentian and Pulau Redang. It is connected by ferry to Kuala Dungun on the mainland. The island was traditionally uninhabited, but now it has hotels for visitors.

  • TURTLE INFORMATION CENTRE (TUMEC)

    This place is actually a centre for conducting studies and research about turtles and other marine lives. Visitors can have a chance to see a replica and specimen of the turtle and marine lives besides take some photo of the turtles.

  • TELUK GADUNG BEACH

    This beach is located in front of UiTM Dungun and become a hotspot for the students. Some activities that can be done at this place are jogging, kite flying, picnic, sunset and sunset watching and also barbecue session. Right behind UiTM, there is also Taman Tasik Tanjung Sura where the visitors can enjoy bird-watching and other recreational actvities.

  • ARENA SQUARE

    If it was few years ago, Dungun nightlife is something uncommon but now local people and tourists canexperience the simple yet lively Dungun nightlife at this place with few activities available.

  • MAKAM SULTAN YAHYA SIAK

    Makam Sultan Yahya Siak is located at Tanah Perkuburan Islam Kampung Che Lijah, Dungun, Terengganu and the 'makam' is decorated with the beauty of traditional Malay carvings.

  • PANTAI BATU PELANDUK

    Pantai Batu Pelanduk is located in Dungun district and it is recommended for those who drive to Kuala Terengganu, Kuantan and Kuala Lumpur. You can take a break from exhausting drive by stopping here and take a chance to enjoy the beautiful and uniqueness of this amazing island.
